Romeo, Lisa

Lisa's essay and memoir work has been published in mainstream and literary venues. This has included the New York Times, O-The Oprah Magazine, Sport Literate, Barnstorm, Quay, Mediabistro, Skirt!, and many other magazines, websites, journals, and essay collections. A memoir of linked narrative essays is in progress. She holds an M.F.A. in creative writing from the Stonecoast Program at University of Southern Maine, where she was a workshop assistant; and a B.S. in journalism from Syracuse University. Lisa teaches in the Rutgers University Writing Program Extension.
